Groove Therapy

Founder, Choreographer, Author, Speaker

Bradley Rapier is an award-winning, Emmy-nominated choreographer, speaker, and author with over three decades of experience leading teams and talent from Hollywood to Broadway. He helped launch countless artists and led crews onto, So You Think You Can Dance and Dancing With the Stars, along with multiple collaborations with the directors of Hamilton, and Jesus Christ Superstar. As Bradley surveyed the culture, he saw an epidemic of disengagement. Too many leaders were overwhelmed and their teams were disconnected. So Bradley developed Groove Theory, drawing on hip-hop dance culture to move teams from avoidance into purpose and to rethink how we lead.

Bradley has activated leaders from Disney to McDonald's, showing them how to lean into challenges, re-engage their teams, and create thriving workplaces where creativity and well-being soar. Today, he'll show you how to step in the circle and guide your teams into greatness through the power of the groove.

Bradley’s debut book, “Step in the Circle: You Can’t Lead from the Outside” launches August 4th, 2026.

Marcus Myers

Pastor/Co-Founder

Marcus Myers

Creative Church

Pastor/Co-Founder

A pastor, educator, and creative, Marcus Myers is dedicated to empowering others to maximize their life. His passion for music ignited in a small church in Philadelphia, where he discovered not only his love for music but also his love for God—a revelation that would guide his life. Marcus embraced every musical opportunity, ultimately earning his degree from the University of the Arts.

After college, he toured with national and international artists, showcasing his versatility across genres and collaborating with Grammy-winning talents. However, he soon realized that his journey extended beyond music. Having witnessed the struggles faced by creatives, both personally and through others, Marcus identified a significant lack of resources available to them—especially within the church.

This insight inspired him to create tools and support systems for artists. Alongside his wife and co-founder, Tyanna, Marcus is committed to enhancing the lives of creatives by helping them make their lives greater than their art through Creative Church.
